Your logo is stamped on packaging in gold foil, a single-color process, so we convert your upload to a one-color version. The mockup shows that conversion, not a color error. Multi-color logos, gradients, and light detail on dark backgrounds can flatten or disappear; if that happens, upload a simplified single-color version.
Requirements: minimum 500 × 500 px at 300 DPI; monochrome preferred; bold solid shapes; line thickness ≥ 0.3 mm; clean/transparent background; PNG, JPG, or WEBP; under 4 MB.
To upload: Dashboard → Logo Setup → Setup New Logo → select file → review the packaging mockup preview → submit. Approval takes under 24 hours; you'll get an email if adjustments are needed.
Common fixes: blurry = file too small (get a high-res file); details vanish = thicken lines, remove fine taglines; upload fails = check size/format, try another browser, clear cache.
