Common Issues & Solutions
Logo is rejected or looks blurry
Problem: File too small or resolution too low
Solution: Minimum 500 × 500 pixels at 300 DPI. Request high-res file from your designer.
Problem: Lines or text too thin (under 0.3mm)
Solution: Thicken all lines and use bold fonts. Remove small taglines or decorative details.
Problem: Gradients or fine details
Solution: Use solid colors only. Simplify intricate elements. Create a stamp-specific version if needed.
Upload button grayed out or fails
Solutions:
Check file is under 4MB
