Only paid store orders sync to Branvas. Once you click Fulfill and pay (or Auto-Fulfill charges your saved card automatically), we begin processing immediately: quality inspection, packing in your branded packaging, and shipping direct to your customer, with real-time status updates. Tracking syncs to your store automatically when the package ships.
Fulfillment time: most orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days; bulk orders can take longer.
Auto-Fulfill: turn it on in Customer orders to charge your saved payment method as soon as an order syncs and push it straight to the warehouse. Recommended for hands-free operations, but leave it off if you want to review each order (e.g. to catch address errors, see Can I change the shipping address after an order is placed?). You can toggle it anytime.
