How does the 3-day free trial work? When you sign up for any paid plan, you get full access to that plan's features for 3 days at no charge. If the plan isn't the right fit, you don't need to do anything — at the end of the trial, your account simply moves to the Free plan and you won't be charged. You can keep browsing the catalog and ordering samples on the Free plan for as long as you like.
Can I try products before subscribing? Yes. Sample orders are available on every plan, including Free. This is the best way to check quality, materials, and packaging firsthand before you start selling. First-time sample orders of $100 or more get $30 off with code NEW30.
What counts toward my publish limit? Your publish limit is the number of products you can have live in your connected store at one time (75 on Growth, 150 on Scale, 300 on VIP). You can unpublish products to free up slots and swap in new ones at any time.
Is there a limit on orders? No. All paid plans include unlimited branded orders. You only pay for products after your customer pays you.
What are custom AI model photos and videos? Brand Studio lets you generate AI model images and videos. You may use these creatives for your product listing, your Shopify store decoration, and marketing on your social media accounts.
How do the product discounts work? Scale members receive 3% off the base cost of all products, and VIP members receive 5% off. The discount applies automatically to every order, which goes straight to your margin.
