Most Branvas rings are adjustable, so sizing is not something you or your customers need to worry about. An adjustable ring is not fixed to a size number - the band can be opened or closed slightly to fit the wearer.
Why some ring listings have no size options
If a ring is adjustable, there is nothing to choose, so no size selector appears on the product page or on the listing published to your store.
The measurements you do see on those listings describe the design and the proportions of the band — for example Top Width 7.4 mm, Shank Width 3.1 mm, Shank Thickness 1.1 mm. They are not a US or EU size, and they are not an inner diameter or circumference. Because the piece adjusts to fit, there is no single size figure to publish.
Rings that are not adjustable
Where a piece is genuinely non-adjustable, the available sizes are shown on the Branvas product page, and those sizes carry over to your store when you publish the product. Your customer then selects their size at checkout, and the chosen size comes through with the order.
If you are unsure about a specific piece
Send the product links to support at [email protected] and the team will check those items individually — including whether they are adjustable, what sizes exist, and how those sizes will appear once published to your store. This is also the fastest way to ask about a particular size range, since availability varies by style and is not published as a single sizing chart.
A note for your own storefront
If you sell adjustable rings, it helps to say so in your product description and to keep the band measurements visible. It answers the sizing question before a customer has to ask, and it prevents size-related exchanges on pieces that do not have sizes.
