If Branvas shows your store as Disconnected, go to Connect Store and tap Connect again. You do not need to disconnect the store first, and you do not need to find a working disconnect button in order to fix the status. A successful connection shows a green Connected status.
If you are connecting for the first time
Install the native Branvas app from the Shopify App Store.
In Branvas, open Connect Store and connect your Shopify store.
Confirm the status turns green and reads Connected.
If the app is installed but Branvas still says Disconnected
Tap Connect again from Connect Store. Reinstalling the app is not required. If the status does not turn green after retrying, email [email protected] with your store name so support can check the connection from their side.
Membership is a separate issue
Paying for a plan does not by itself repair a Disconnected store, so do not upgrade expecting it to fix the status. Membership does affect your published products, though: when the 3-day free trial ends, any products you published are automatically unpublished. To republish them and keep selling, upgrade from Dashboard → Profile → Subscription.
If the Branvas app loads a blank white page or an application error
Work through these in order:
Clear your browser cache and cookies. On Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete, set the time range to All time, tick both cookies and cached files, then clear and reload.
Try a different browser. If Branvas loads normally there, the problem is local to your original browser.
Email support. If neither step works, contact [email protected] and describe what you see. Support handles this failure mode over email.
