They come as a monthly allowance with each paid plan (Growth 5, Scale 40, VIP 100) and cannot be purchased separately; there's no top-up option. To get more, upgrade your plan (effective immediately). New members can earn bonus AI credits by completing onboarding tasks.
What a generation costs: 1 AI credit per image, 10 per video, and 30 per SiteMuse store generation. If a generation fails, contact us and we'll refund the AI credit.
You may use generated creatives for your product listings, your store, and marketing on your social accounts. If credits aren't being consumed as you expect, contact us with what you were generating and we'll check your usage on our side.
