Selling Branvas products into the EU under your own brand makes you the economic operator / EU Responsible Person; Branvas is a U.S. company and doesn't hold that role for you. If you'd rather not hold it yourself, you can appoint a third-party EU Authorised Representative service directly.
Testing and REACH: Branvas doesn't hold blanket REACH or material-test reports for the whole catalog; testing for nickel, lead, and cadmium is done per SKU, with each report tied to that item. Need documentation? Email [email protected] with the specific SKUs; testing can be arranged at your cost (ask for a timeline). Don't market products as hypoallergenic, nickel-free, or lead-free in the EU unless you hold the reports.
VAT: Branvas doesn't register or file VAT for you. Register through your own national tax authority, and let your accountant confirm which registrations your volume and destinations require. IOSS and low-value import rules depend on your setup; we don't give tax advice.
