Can I use Branvas media (product images, model photos, social content) for my store and marketing?

Yes, if you have an active Branvas subscription (trials included). The license covers your store, organic social, and paid ads, and ends when your subscription ends.

Branvas media assets include the product images and videos in the catalog, model and lifestyle photos, and content published on Branvas's own social media accounts. If you have an active Branvas subscription, including a free trial that is currently running, you are authorized to use these assets for your store, your organic social media, and your paid advertising on Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Google, or any other channel. There are no additional licensing fees and no attribution requirement; you present the pieces under your own brand.

You may edit the assets to fit your brand: crop, resize, compress, remove or replace backgrounds, add your logo and typography, and combine them into campaign graphics. You may also use the catalog product names, descriptions, and materials information, and you are encouraged to rewrite them in your own brand voice.

Pre-launch use is fine. Running "coming soon" ads or building a waitlist with Branvas images is allowed as long as your subscription is active. Since a trial counts as active, the right way to test a concept before paying is to start the trial, import the pieces you want, and run the campaign from there.

A few limits apply. The license is tied to your subscription: if you cancel or your plan lapses, remove Branvas media from your store, ads, and any other public channel. Use the assets only for products you actually source through Branvas; do not attach them to pieces from other suppliers or use them to represent a product as something it is not. Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the assets, do not use them to build a competing supplier catalog or marketplace listing that presents you as the manufacturer, and do not use the Branvas name or logo in your customer-facing material (that also protects your private-label positioning). Model photos are authorized on the same terms as product images.

There is no separate written media-use policy beyond this article and the Branvas Terms of Service. If you have a use case this article does not cover, message us in the app before you publish.
