My store isn't getting sales - what should I check?

If your store isn't getting sales, work through the checklist: social content, SEO, funnel analysis, and giving ads time.

Branvas doesn't sell a marketing program, but this is the checklist our team walks sellers through. Work it in order, and know up front that swapping products rarely fixes a store that isn't converting.

  1. Build your social presence first. Most Branvas stores get their first sales from content, not cold ads: order samples of your best pieces, shoot short unboxing/try-on/styling videos, and post consistently on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Prefer not to shoot yourself? See Pro Videos (Does Branvas offer video content for my brand?).

  2. Do a quick SEO pass. Confirm your pages are indexed (Google Search Console, or search site:yourstore.com); tidy titles, meta descriptions, and product copy; list products in Google Merchant Center, where free listings can appear in Google Shopping with no ad spend.

  3. Read your funnel before spending more on ads. Walk impressions → clicks → product views → add to cart → checkout → purchase. Low CTR = creative/copy problem; clicks but no add-to-carts = product page or pricing; abandoned checkouts = usually shipping cost or missing trust signals.

  4. Give it time. Ad platforms need conversion data to optimize; consistency beats constant changes.

"But other sellers have the same products." True and normal in this model, but no two Branvas stores look alike, because nobody lists the entire catalog. Brands win by curating for one audience and one positioning. For product nobody else can list, the route is VIP Custom Design (Can I use my own packaging or create custom jewelry?); Scale and VIP members also get early access to Coming Soon styles (How often are new products added, and what does “Coming Soon” mean?).
