What should I do if my package is lost or shows delivered but wasn't received?

Package shows 'Delivered' but you didn't receive it

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, this is considered a misdelivery by the carrier. We recommend:

1. Check around your delivery area (mailbox, porch, with neighbors).

2. Contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS, local postal service) with your tracking number. They are best positioned to investigate and locate the package.

3. Let us know - we'll also look into it on our end and work with the carrier.

Package appears lost in transit

If tracking hasn't updated for an extended period and the package appears lost, please contact our support team with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, we'll arrange a replacement shipment or apply a credit to your account.

In most cases, we recommend waiting 2–3 additional business days before taking action, as packages sometimes experience temporary delays in transit.
