You can permanently delete your account and personal data in-app, no support ticket needed, but deletion is blocked while you have an active subscription (cancel it first, see How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?) or pending orders (wait until open orders complete or cancel). The app tells you exactly what to resolve.
Steps: Dashboard → Profile → Account → Delete Account → enter the 6-digit email verification code → type "delete" to confirm.
Effects (immediate and unrecoverable): personal information, uploaded images, brand assets, preferences, and order information permanently erased; remaining credits voided; signed out everywhere; confirmation email sent.
