You can permanently delete your Branvas account and personal data at any time, directly in the app — no need to contact support.
Before you start
Account deletion is blocked while you have:
An active subscription: cancel it first in Account → Subscription
Pending orders: wait until all open orders are completed or cancelled
The app will tell you exactly what needs to be resolved if deletion is blocked.
How to Delete your account
Open the Branvas app and go to Profile → Account
Tap Delete Account
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email
Type delete to confirm
What happens when you delete your account
Deletion takes effect immediately:
Your personal information (name, email address, phone number) is permanently erased
Your uploaded images, generated brand assets, and saved preferences are removed
Any remaining account credits are voided
You are signed out of all devices, and your account cannot be recovered
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
