What address should I use in my store and sales channel settings?

Use your own business details in any store or sales channel field that asks for a warehouse, origin, or return address. Branvas does not issue sellers a warehouse address to publish.

Why there is no Branvas address to enter

Branvas is a white-label (branded) dropshipping provider. Our details are not meant to appear anywhere in your customer-facing experience — not in your store settings, not on your packaging, and not on the shipping or return label. Do not enter a Branvas company address in these fields.

What to enter instead

  • Put your own business or mailing address in your store's address, origin, and return address fields.

  • These fields describe your business, not our facilities, so you can use whichever of your own addresses you prefer.

  • In customer-facing contact fields, use your own branded support email. Do not put [email protected] on your storefront — that address is for you to reach us, not for your customers.

Returns are not sent to your address

When a customer needs to return an item, Branvas issues a return address based on that customer's own location. So:

  • Items are not shipped back to you.

  • Branvas's company information does not appear on the return label.

TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop asks for a warehouse and return address during setup, and the same rule applies: use your own details.

Our recommendation is to use TikTok as a marketing and traffic channel — posting content, going live — and send customers to your Shopify store to buy. There, Branvas fulfills as normal and you avoid TikTok's commissions.

If a field still blocks you

Some sales channels validate the address, postal code, or region you enter against their own rules. If a field will not accept your details, email [email protected] with a screenshot and we will advise.
