Three numbers appear on every product:
Unit Cost: what you pay Branvas per item (covers the piece and quality control). Example: $15.60.
SRP (Suggested Retail Price): our recommended selling price based on market research. Example: $49.00. It's only a suggestion; you have total freedom to set your own prices.
Profit: the difference, before shipping and processing.
Worked example (all costs included): your customer pays $49.00 + $8.99 shipping = $57.99. You pay Branvas $15.60 (unit cost) + $8.99 (shipping) = $24.59, plus the 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee ($1.01) = $25.60. Your profit: $32.39, about 66% of the $49.00 product price. (Shopify's own checkout fees on your side are separate.) The same math holds if you offer "free shipping" and sell at $57.99 instead.
Payment flow: your customer pays you through your Shopify store; you pay Branvas only after that. Branvas never holds your earnings; customer payments go straight to your Shopify account on Shopify's payout schedule. Turn on Auto-Fulfillment from Dashboard → Customer Orders → Auto-Fulfillment to charge your saved card automatically as orders come in.
