Branvas charges a flat $8.99 per order to all destinations, regardless of order size or location. It covers branding production, packaging, shipping, and customs (DDP, see International orders: countries, customs, and phone numbers), and is shown before you confirm each order.
Three shipping strategies you can choose for your store (set from Connect Store → click Change next to the shipping rate → choose → Save and publish to store):
Free shipping: bake $8.99 into your product prices. Reduces cart abandonment; best when margins absorb it easily.
Flat rate: charge customers a fixed fee (the default $8.99 breaks even).
Conditional: paid shipping below a cart threshold, free above it. Grows average order value; a common rule of thumb is a threshold 20–30% above your current AOV.
