How to report a damaged item
Please report the issue to our support team within 7 days of receiving the order. Include:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
3. A brief description of the issue
What happens next?
Once we review your report, we'll arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund - whichever you prefer. We aim to resolve all quality issues as quickly as possible.
