What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and packaging. If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right.

How to report a damaged item

Please report the issue to our support team within 7 days of receiving the order. Include:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

3. A brief description of the issue

What happens next?

Once we review your report, we'll arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund - whichever you prefer. We aim to resolve all quality issues as quickly as possible.

Please note: the 7-day reporting window starts from the date you (or your customer) receive the package, not the order date.
