Will Branvas contact my customers directly?

No. Branvas will never email, message, or contact your customers directly. Branvas logo or company information won't appear anywhere in the order, receipt, or package. It's completely blind-shipping.

Your customers are yours - we respect that completely.

How communication works

All communication from Branvas goes to you (the store owner) only. We will never reach out to your end customers for any reason.

What about tracking information?

Tracking numbers are automatically synced to your Shopify store once available. Your customers will see shipping updates under your brand, not ours. Everything is white-labeled to maintain your brand identity.

Your customers will only ever interact with your brand - from the packaging they receive to the tracking emails from your online store.
