Why isn't my tracking number updating?

If your tracking number isn't showing any updates right after fulfillment, don't worry - this is completely normal.

Why does this happen?

When an order is fulfilled, we generate and sync the tracking number to your online store immediately. However, the carrier's system won't show any movement until the package is physically scanned into their network.

How long should I wait?

Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after fulfillment. Once the package is scanned, you'll be able to see real-time tracking progress on the carrier's website.

What if it's been more than 48 hours?

If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please reach out to our support team with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
